Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. After processing, shipping times may be 3-7 business days.
We can only ship within the US and Canada at this time.
If your product arrives damaged from transit, please email us at [email protected] and we will issue you a replacement.
If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees.
Returns/Refunds
We understand that all skin is unique and therefore not all products will work for everyone! We can issue a one-time full refund of the product cost (minus shipping/handling) within 30 days of receiving the product, if you find that it does not work for you. Cancellation
We will accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please contact us directly at [email protected] to cancel your order.
